Johnson Alberty states on oath that the 6 acres of land mentioned in his claim he was deprived of the use of it on account of the difficulties in the nation last year and the horse charged in his claim was stolen from him some time in December 1845 and the same heads of hogs were stolen from him in [the year] 1844 [page torn] …
